Area Man Thinks Fault Tree Analysis Is 'Totally Awesome' When Applied To Something As Cool As The AH-64D Apache.
MESA, AZ - According to sources close to him, area man Joe Belland gives "a full rat's ass" for fault tree analysis, when used to model the reliability of the AH-64D Apache helicopter. During a recent training session, Belland was reported to state "and as you can see, the Fussell-Vesely importance measure gives us an idea of which components of this incredibly awesome machine of death and destruction will contribute most to system failure- y'know, this is so much cooler than network availability"
Belland later stated that "using fault tree analysis to model the reliability of the Apache helicopter is almost as cool as destroying an Iraqi T-72 from one in Desert Combat."
