Hannah Adams (pictured above) was sent up to fix the problem. She promptly installed WinVNC and called the NASA Clearwater office for Mission Control Director and Email Admin, Tom Adams. Upon dialing in to the system, Tom Adams noted that the Internet Explorer settings had not been set to block "pop-ups". He changed that setting, and the systems were back online. Hannah returned to earth aboard the space shuttle on June 22nd, 2007.
