All First Class fares are one way. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes or cancellations can be made without a fee; an increase in fare will be collected if applicable. Changes or cancellations of a booking made with Elevate Points will be subject to a $75 redeposit fee. Any remaining balance will be placed in a credit file good for travel on Virgin America for one year from date of issue. Guests who no-show without a change or cancel prior to scheduled departure will forfeit the amount of this fare. Any future flights booked in the same reservation will also be canceled and the fare will be forfeited. Seats are limited and not all flights may be available at this fare. A ticket on Virgin America guarantees two spots. One for you, and one for your baggage. Travelers are welcome to bring aboard one carry-on item and one personal item. Please refer to our FAQ section for more information on our baggage policies.
And on behalf of the TSA, when boarding with gels or liquids, remember the 3-1-1 rule. First, bottles may only be 3 oz. or smaller in size. Second, they must be carried in only one 1-quart plastic bag. Finally only 1 plastic bag is allowed per person. When you’re going through the X-ray, place the plastic bag in a security bin for easy screening. If you need to bring anything else, pack it in your checked luggage. We’d hate to see you lose anything when going through security. If you need to adjust your schedule, you can make changes and cancellations via our website until 90 minutes prior to departure time or contact our call center anytime until departure. Change/cancel fees may apply.

Seriously, though, WTF?
Someone was testing the Virgin America flight booking system, but forgot to use a fake e-mail address. I remember reading a while ago about a guy who had some sort of data plan with Verizon where he could pick his e-mail address, and chose "null@verizon.net," and whenever they were testing a new text messaging-related feature he would get 1000 text messages a day.
